Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all safety standards, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the logistics flow.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory for candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 45 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Dedication to safety and adherence to all protocols.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for the duration of the shift.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
