Are you an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator? Join our thriving logistics team in Huntsville, Alabama! We are seeking a skilled individual to expertly operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to support our warehouse operations. Your primary responsibility will be the safe and efficient movement of goods, including loading and unloading trucks, transporting materials, and staging inventory. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of products within our logistics network and ensuring timely order fulfillment. A strong emphasis on Safety is paramount, and you must be proficient in operating various types of forklifts. We provide all necessary PPE and expect strict adherence to all safety protocols. Responsibilities include:
- Operating forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and trailers.
- Transporting inventory to and from designated warehouse locations.
- Assisting with inventory management and stock counts.
- Ensuring the safe operation of all equipment, including pre-operation checks.
- Adhering to all Safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Coordinating with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflows.
