We are looking for an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our logistics hub in Austin, Texas. This role is vital for the efficient movement and storage of goods within our warehouse. You will operate a reach truck to move, stack, and retrieve inventory, ensuring that all movements are safe and accurate. Responsibilities include conducting daily equipment inspections, maintaining inventory accuracy through careful operation, and assisting with loading and unloading operations as needed. Safety is our top priority, and adherence to all company policies and OSHA regulations is expected. You will be working in a dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are key. This position requires excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to navigate warehouse aisles effectively. Teamwork and communication are essential, as you will coordinate with other warehouse personnel. The job involves regular lifting of items up to 55 pounds and prolonged periods of standing and operating machinery. All employees are required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety footwear and high-visibility vests.
