We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team of Border Patrol Agents. As a BPA, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing national economic prosperity.

This is a career ladder position with opportunities for advancement from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be responsible for performing duties such as detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations, preventing and apprehending aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions.

• Possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level; authorized to enforce laws; make arrests; investigate crimes.
• Must have prior law enforcement or military law enforcement experience for GS-11 qualification.
