This challenging role is designed for individuals who are passionate about law enforcement, international relations, and community service. As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), you will be responsible for safeguarding America's borders while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

• Enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws to prevent illicit activity;
• Facilitate trade by inspecting cargo, baggage, and merchandise in accordance with regulations;

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, physical stamina to work in varied environments (land/sea/air ports of entry), ability to make sound judgments quickly under pressure. Successful completion of CBP Field Operations Academy training required after selection.
