Job Summary: The Technical Sales Engineer collaborates with the Sales and IT teams to present technical software solutions and services to clients. This position is responsible for evaluating client needs, aligning product offerings to specific client requirements, and delivering product demonstrations to assist in the sales process. Essential Responsibilities: Understand and articulate NCS Credit's technical products and service features, functionality, and benefits Create and deliver customized product demonstrations to showcase features and address client technical questions/concerns Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions Document client needs and preferences, communicating with NCS Credit's technical team to improve overall client experience. Provide general feedback to NCS Credit's technical team on desired client UI/UX features and capabilities Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process. Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations based on customer requirements. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote NCS Credit's products. Assist in the creation of technical guides and reference material for client utilization Collaborate and strategize with the Sales team to close prospective client engagements Other duties as assigned Competencies: Advanced verbal and written communication skills Technical acumen Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking ability Ability to translate complex technical tools into clearly understandable concepts Excellent presentation skills Strong listening skills Proven selling skills Education, experience, certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field; master's degree preferred Three plus years' experience in a B2B sales capacity Experience delivering product demonstrations Physical and mental demands: Ability to travel as needed Ability to communicate impactfully across all communication platforms including in-person, and through online meeting platforms Manual dexterity Near visual acuity Ability to bend, crouch, and reach Prolonged sitting while viewing a computer monitor Frequent typing and use of keyboard/mouse
