Overview
Egis Insurance & Risk Advisors, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with our client services and sales teams to deliver exceptional risk management solutions to our growing client base.

- Delivering outstanding client service by helping clients with policy changes, renewals, invoices, and navigate resources within our Agency / Program.
- Maintain client insurance policy administrative processes, including tracking, renewals, new policy set-up, online rating, invoicing, accounts receivables monitoring, audit and contract review, and policy review.
- Keep current, accurate information in the agency management system.
- Develop and maintaining positive, productive relationships with customers, carriers, brokers, coworkers, managers.
- Assisting in office projects, attend site visits, and presentations to the clients.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer's License. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred: Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Florida 2-20 License required
- 4+ years of experience with a commercial insurance agency preferred
- Experience working with Public Entities, Self-Insurance Pools or Trusts is a plus
- AMS360 or similar software experience a plus
- 2-year college degree or greater is desired
- CPCU, CIC, AAI, ARM, RPLU or similar professional insurance designations a plus with a desire to obtain future designations preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the Egis Account Management team
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability and willingness to travel (less than 5%) as needed for client meetings, presentations, and local conferences

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
