This is not a beginner role, you must already have hands-on experience building real-world OpenClaw automations.
What We Need
We generate daily inbound leads via cold SMS campaigns, we want OpenClaw to:
• Respond automatically to inbound positive SMS replies
• Handle natural back-and-forth conversations
• Initiate outbound calls to warm leads
• Use realistic AI voice for phone conversations
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Book appointments directly into our calendar
• Update CRM automatically
• Operate reliably at scale (~100 warm leads per day to start)
The system must integrate with:
• GoHighLevel
• AI voice provider (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar)
• LLM backend (OpenAI / Claude / etc.)
Objective
We want:
• Extremely fast response time to inbound leads
• Natural human-like conversations via SMS and phone
• Low per-lead operating cost
Requirements
• Proven OpenClaw implementation experience
• Demonstrated experience with SMS + voice AI integrations
• Strong understanding of OpenClaw skills / plugins
• Experience with telephony APIs
• Advanced prompt engineering
• CRM automation experience
• Ability to design scalable architecture
Bonus:
• Experience with high-volume outbound systems
• Experience inside GoHighLevel
• Sales / appointment-booking automation background
