Our aesthetic is defined by:
- Directional, controlled lighting
- Deep, intentional shadows
- Warm tonal balance (without orange shifts)
- Matte highlights
- Realistic skin and material texture
We do not create flat, overexposed, glossy or generic AI-style content. Light control and tonal consistency are essential.
You must have advanced experience with tools such as, Midjourney, Nanobanana etc.
Consistency across a full image series is a MUST. We are building a structured visual library, not one-off images. We will provide a detailed moodboard outlining the creative direction. You must be able to accurately interpret the look and feel and translate it into original visuals without directly copying the references.
Selection process:
- Shortlisted candidates will complete 1–2 paid test images (fixed compensation) to ensure the lighting quality, tonal control, and texture realism meet our standards before moving into a larger batch production.

Applications without strong portfolio examples will not be considered.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
