We are looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to take over and transform a B2B account. This is not for beginners or generalists — we need someone who can deliver measurable results.

Current Situation:
Account has 3 months of data running maximize clicks strategy
Goal: Build conversion-focused campaigns targeting high-intent and lower-intent keywords with measurable ROI
What We Expect:
Deep keyword research to identify high-intent and mid-intent opportunities
Two-pronged strategy using broad and phrase match effectively
Dynamic text replacement and responsive search ads
Strong ad copywriting based on data, not AI-generated generic text
A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve CTR and conversions
Campaign structure that separates high intent, mid/low intent, and prospecting
Key Requirements:
Proven track record generating real B2B leads via Google Ads
Expert in Google Ads, Performance Max, Search campaigns
Experience with conversion tracking setup, UTM tagging, and analytics
Data-driven, analytical approach, must interpret historical data and optimize campaigns for CPL and ROI
Strong communication and reporting
Terms & Budget:
Willing to pay setup + 30-day management
Preference: No results, no pay — we want measurable lead generation
Must provide clear projections and KPIs upfront
Budget flexible for expert-level talent
