Über

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial records and keep accounts accurate and up to date. The role includes recording and categorizing transactions, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. You will create invoices, enter bills, process payments, and ensure all financial data is properly organized and supported with documentation. The bookkeeper will use QuickBooks Online software developed by Intuit to maintain clean and audit-ready books.
The ideal candidate has solid bookkeeping experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently with high accuracy. Responsibilities also include month-end and year-end closing tasks, preparing Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports, performing cleanup and catch-up work when needed, and resolving discrepancies. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, and clear communication skills are essential, and experience with payroll support, sales tax tracking, and e-commerce transactions is a plus.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
