Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and forms
- Respond to emails
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send follow-ups/reminders
- Review and organize documents received from clients
- Assist with completing forms using client-provided information
- Maintain digital file systems and case organization
- Track tasks and deadlines for ongoing matters
- Communicate with clients or third parties with professionalism and discretion
- Assist with data entry
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English)
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Availability:
- Must be available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
- Must be responsive during working hours
