THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Brand Manager.
The mission of this role is to make JoySpring unmistakable, trusted, and flawlessly consistent across every customer touchpoint—while ensuring 100% compliant, insight-driven brand expression that supports long-term growth.
This role is part strategist, part system-builder, part brand guardian.
SCOPE
1. Unified Brand Narrative Across All Channels: Own and maintain a cohesive brand voice across DTC, Amazon, retail, organic social, partnerships, and internal communications.
2. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all consumer-facing communications adhere to approved claims, guardrails, and compliance standards.
3. Organic Social Brand Expression: Bring JoySpring's personality to life through brand-led content that builds trust, clarity, and long-term brand equity.
4. Brand Partnerships: Develop strategic partnerships within parent communities that expand reach and reinforce brand trust.
5. Consumer & Competitive Insights: Gather and translate customer insights and competitive intelligence into actionable brand and product direction.
6. Scalable Brand Systems & Governance: Build documented brand systems that eliminate ambiguity and enable fast, consistent execution across teams.
7. Business Impact: Partner cross-functionally to ensure brand strategy drives measurable impact in trust, retention, and conversion.
Technical Skills
Proven experience owning brand strategy across multiple channels
Experience working within compliance and regulated claim environments
Strong consumer research and insight translation ability
Experience building brand guidelines and scalable governance systems
Data-literate and comfortable connecting brand initiatives to business impact
Soft Skills

High customer empathy
Clear communicator (creative + non-creative audiences)
Strategic thinker with operational discipline
Proactive risk flagger
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
