**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Project Manager to lead the development of our telehealth company from inception. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring the creation of a seamless, HIPAA-compliant patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology, platform development, and project management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web-based and app-based telehealth platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, legal, and healthcare professionals to define project scope and objectives.
- Establish project milestones, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee the development of a secure, HIPAA-compliant database for patient records.
- Coordinate integration of insurance pre-requisites and acceptance protocols into the platform.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
- Conduct risk management and problem-solving throughout project lifecycle.
- Communicate progress regularly to stakeholders and adapt plans as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience managing healthcare or telehealth technology projects.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data security standards.
- Experience with web and mobile app development, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of insurance billing, pre-requisites, and payer systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience in startup environments.
- Background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
