We are currently experiencing multiple tracking-related issues inside a Google Ads account, including:
• Enhanced Conversions has no recent data
• Conversion actions not receiving proper user data
• Potential tagging or data source connection issues
• Conversion imports via Zapier not fully aligned with Google's Enhanced Conversions requirements
This is not a campaign optimization role but strictly a tracking and technical troubleshooting task.
Current Setup Overview
• Conversions are being imported into Google Ads via Zapier
We suspect:
• User-provided data such as email or phone may not be properly passed
• Enhanced Conversions may not be receiving hashed data correctly
• There may be Google Tag or source configuration issues
We need someone who can:
• Audit the entire conversion tracking setup
• Review Zapier to Google Ads integration
• Verify Enhanced Conversions implementation
• Check Google Tag or Tag Manager setup
• Identify all tracking errors in the account
• Implement proper fixes
• Confirm Enhanced Conversions are actively receiving recent data
• Ensure compliance with Google customer data policies
Requirements
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Google Ads conversion tracking
• Hands-on experience with Enhanced Conversions
• Experience with:
• Google Tag Manager
• Zapier
• Offline conversion imports
• CRM to Google Ads integrations
• Ability to clearly explain what is broken and how it was fixed
• Strong troubleshooting mindset
Scope and Payment
• Hourly contract
• Expected short-term engagement until tracking is fully fixed
• Must provide clear documentation of changes made
