This project includes end to end setup to ensure high deliverability, proper authentication, and smooth campaign execution.
Scope of Work:
Set up and configure Apollo for B2B outreach
Create and optimize email sequences
Set up Instantly account and integrate it with our outreach workflow
Perform all email authentication tasks including DKIM, SPF, DNS, and domain verification
Connect and warm up mailboxes properly
Ensure best practices for email deliverability and inbox placement
Test and verify that all systems are working correctly before launch
Requirements:
Proven experience with Apollo B2B setup
Hands on experience with Instantly
Strong understanding of email systems, DNS, DKIM, SPF, and deliverability
Experience connecting and managing multiple mailboxes
Detail oriented and able to ensure a clean, reliable setup
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cold email campaigns and B2B lead generation
Knowledge of email warm up strategies and best practices
Ability to provide recommendations for improving outreach performance
