This is a design-first project. Our content, structure, and messaging are already established. The primary goal is to elevate the site visually to a premium, modern, highly professional standard that builds immediate trust and clearly stands above competitors.
We are specifically looking for an individual designer with strong design expertise — not an agency and not someone who will subcontract the work.
This website is focused on home services in the US and has been established for many years.
Important Requirements:
• You must be the person personally designing and building the website
• No agencies or teams — individual freelancers only
• No subcontracting or outsourcing
• Direct communication with the designer doing the work is required
Project Objectives:
• Migrate existing website content into WordPress (it is currently built on Wordpress/Elementor)
• Preserve current page structure and core SEO elements
• Completely refresh the visual design to a modern, clean, premium standard
• Improve layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Ensure excellent mobile responsiveness
• Deliver a fast, clean, professionally built site
This project will be completed in phases:
Phase 1: Redesign and build the Home Page
Phase 2: Remaining pages (after successful completion of Phase 1)
We prefer this phased approach to ensure strong alignment before proceeding with the full site.

We will keep our current website and examples private during the initial discussion. Full details will be shared once we identify the right designer.

• SEO services
• Hosting services
• Marketing services
• Ongoing maintenance contracts
• Agency services
Ideal Candidate:
• Expert-level WordPress designer (5+ years preferred)
• Exceptional design sense — layout, typography, spacing, and visual flow
• Strong portfolio of modern, high-quality business websites
• Experience redesigning and elevating existing websites
• Detail-oriented and professional
• Able to begin soon
This is NOT a fit if you:
• Are part of an agency
• Subcontract or outsource your work
• Primarily offer SEO or marketing services
• Install generic themes without thoughtful customization
• Cannot demonstrate high-end design ability

Your rough hourly rate or rough fixed-price estimate range for migrating approximately 60 pages with redesign.
