You qualify for the GS-9 grade level if you have one year of specialized experience such as detaining violators enforecing customs immigration agricultural laws utilizing intelligence behavior analysis perform risk assessments interviewing suspected violators rapidly accurate judgments make decisions apply rules determine course action master s degree two years graduate-level education LL B J D accredited college university combination experience successfully completed graduate-level education transcripts submitted application
