Key Role:

Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPOs) play a vital part in safeguarding the nation's borders, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating legitimate trade and travel.

CBP seeks dedicated professionals to join its team as Customs and Border Protection Officers. In this role, you will be responsible for enforcing laws related to importing, exporting, and international shipping; conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances; interviewing suspects; and determining admissibility for entry into the United States.

You will work closely with other law enforcement agencies to identify potential threats to national security. CBP provides extensive training on basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms proficiency, cargo examination techniques physical fitness testing.
