Career Opportunity: Customs and Border Protection Officer

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as Customs and Border Protection Officers. As a CBPO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding America's borders, enforcing customs laws, and facilitating legitimate trade.

• Enforce customs laws by inspecting cargo, vehicles, and people crossing the border.


• Detect and prevent smuggling of prohibited goods and contraband.


• Process visa applications for travelers entering the United States.

1. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required for GS-5 grade level positions; bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement or one year graduate-level education can substitute two years of work experience at GS-7 grade level; one full year relevant specialized law enforcement/military law enforcement experience also qualifies candidates for GS-9 levels (with age restrictions applicable).
