Salary Range: $100,269 – $140,149

The Executive Director - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator provides overall leadership and administration for St. Clare Commons, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and alignment with the mission and values of CHI Living Communities.

Reports To: Regional Administrator, CHI Living Communities

• Lead all operational, clinical, and administrative functions of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
• Maintain licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of employment.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Foster a positive, mission-driven culture for residents, families, and staff.
• Serve as liaison to the Advisory Board and community stakeholders.
• Drive quality improvement, risk management, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Oversee and evaluate department leaders, including performance reviews.

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of employment (Required)
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a long-term nursing home facility
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operations
