We are hiring two experienced
IT Project Managers / Scrum Masters
to support complex Finance Technology and AI-driven initiatives. This role will lead agile delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate is a strong agile leader who can operate independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires hands-on Scrum leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to guide teams through evolving AI and technology-focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple cross-functional agile teams as Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Scrum and agile best practices. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and deliverables for finance technology and AI projects. Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular project updates and status reporting to stakeholders and senior leadership. Coach and mentor team members on agile principles, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Drive process improvement initiatives using metrics, KPIs, and performance data to optimize delivery outcomes. Remove impediments and shield teams from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. Support backlog grooming, prioritization, and user story refinement. Ensure teams collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Leverage AI tools where appropriate to support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5-10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or IT Project Manager roles. Proven experience leading agile delivery in technology-driven environments. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile transformation practices. Experience managing IT delivery in medium-to-large, complex enterprise environments. Previous experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments strongly preferred. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI/ML or data-focused initiatives. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow) - conceptual understanding sufficient. Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMP, or equivalent agile/project management credentials. Basic understanding of SQL and data environments. Soft Skills & Team Fit
