Border Security Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Border Security Specialist to join our team in safeguarding the American people by protecting our borders.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration and customs laws.
• Prevent and apprehend aliens and smugglers at or near the borders, maintaining the integrity of our nation's borders.

Main Tasks include surveillance operations, conducting interviews with suspects, analyzing intelligence data to identify security threats. Our specialists must have strong analytical skills for identifying potential risks. We require effective communicators who can interact professionally with colleagues across various departments within an organizational setting.
A key aspect of this role is working as part of a cohesive unit that supports one another in their duties; therefore teamwork plays a significant factor here along with sound judgment when handling sensitive situations.
