This is NOT generic social media editing. I need someone who understands this specific aesthetic and can execute at this level.

The editing style I need includes:
Speed ramps synced to music/beats
Beat-synced cuts (edits land on rhythm, not random)
Cinematic color grading (warm, slightly desaturated, film-stock feel — not oversaturated Instagram filters)
Bold typography/text overlays as design elements (think @omgadrian's signature style)
Smooth transitions (whip pans, match cuts, camera-driven — not CapCut presets)
Voiceover/narration layering when applicable
Pacing that tells a story in 30-60 seconds
What you'll be editing:
I'll provide raw footage (shot on Sony/iPhone)
You deliver fully edited, color-graded, music-synced vertical Reels (9:16)
Turnaround: 3-5 days per reel
This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off

Link to 2-3 pieces from YOUR portfolio that match the style above. If you don't have work in this style yet, this isn't the right fit.
Which of the reference creators above is closest to your editing style, and why?
What software do you use? (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)

This role is best suited for editors who already have cinematic short-form work in their portfolio. If your background is primarily wedding videos, corporate explainers, or YouTube thumbnails, this probably isn't the right match.
Bonus points if:
You've worked with lifestyle/personal brand creators before
You can also do motion graphics or animated text
You understand Instagram's algorithm and what performs well
You're familiar with color grading LUTs and can create custom grades
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
