About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant who specializes in operations, marketing execution, database management, and growth support.
This is not an entry level position. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting a residential real estate agent or team and understands the pace, systems, and detail required to operate at a high level.
You will be responsible for executing structured systems across marketing, CRM, lead follow up, listings, and reporting.
Responsibilities Include:
1. CRM & Database Management Specialist
2. Lead Follow Up & Client Communication Support
3. Marketing Execution (Social Media, Print and Email)
4. Listing & Transaction Support
5. Reporting & Growth Support
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Highly organized
- Process driven
- Strong written communication
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with accountability and measurable outcomes
- Experience supporting a residential real estate professional
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Virtual Assistance, Email Communication, Scheduling, Administrative Support, Film Editing
