- 207 booked calls
- 22 enrollments
- $18,000 revenue
- 4.43x ROAS
- ~$184 cost per enrollment
Our funnel is profitable. We are currently optimizing for lead form submissions (~$4.80 CPL), but we are not yet tracking booked calls or paid enrollments back to Meta.
We are now looking to build proper tracking infrastructure and a structured campaign framework so we can optimize for revenue and scale responsibly.
This Is a Short-Term Systems Project
We are looking for a Meta Ads strategist to:
- Build and configure tracking properly
- Restructure campaigns for revenue optimization
- Stabilize performance over 60 days
- Provide strategic guidance so we can manage in-house long-term
This is not a "forever management" role.
It is a defined systems build + optimization engagement.
Ongoing management may be considered if results justify it.
SCOPE OF WORK:
PHASE 1 – Tracking & Infrastructure (Weeks 1–3)
- Install and verify Meta Pixel (if needed)
- Set up Conversions API (CAPI)
- Verify domain
- Configure event prioritization
- Connect CRM to Meta (via API or automation)
- Enable offline conversion uploads
- Ensure we can optimize for:
1. Booked Calls
2. Paid Enrollments
Active campaigns must remain live during setup.
PHASE 2 – Funnel Architecture & Optimization (Weeks 3–8):
- Audit and optimize existing campaigns
- Restructure account for:
1. Cold traffic acquisition
2. Warm retargeting
3. Hot retargeting (no-shows, unclosed leads)
- Build custom audiences:
1. Website visitors
2. Video viewers
3. Lead form opens (non-submitters)
4. Booked calls
- Build lookalike audiences:
1. Closed-won customers
2. Booked calls
- Create clean, scalable campaign structure ("campaign shells")
- Provide guidance on creative strategy for each funnel stage
Primary KPI progression:
Cost per booked call → Cost per enrollment → ROAS
AD BUDGET:
- Current ad spend: ~$2,500/month
- Open to fixed project fee for 60-day engagement
- Optional short-term management retainer if needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Proven experience with high-ticket service funnels ($1,000+ offers)
- Strong understanding of Meta tracking, CAPI & attribution
- Experience optimizing for revenue (not just CPL)
- Experience with CRM integration & offline conversions
- Strategic thinker who understands funnel economics
