We are looking for a top-tier AI Voice Agent Engineer to design and deploy a production-grade virtual receptionist using the Retell platform. This system will serve as the front line for both B2B and B2C inbound calls, delivering a seamless, human-like experience while intelligently handling inquiries, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and call routing.
This is not a basic chatbot project. We are seeking an expert who can architect a robust, scalable voice solution suitable for real business operations with high reliability and exceptional conversational quality.
Scope of Work:
Architect and build an advanced AI voice receptionist using Retell
Design dynamic conversation flows tailored to both business clients and consumers
Implement intelligent lead qualification and routing logic
Integr with CRM, scheduling, and internal systems via APIs/webhooks
Ensure natural voice interaction with minimal latency
Design failover and human handoff workflows
Conduct rigorous testing and optimization for real-world usage
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience delivering production AI voice agents
Deep understanding of voice UX and conversational psychology
Experience with high-volume call environments
Ability to recommend architecture, tooling, and best practices
Strong communication and documentation skills
Bonus:
Experience building AI receptionists for sales, support, or appointment-driven businesses.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: AI Agent Development, ai voice, Appointment Scheduling Systems, Phone Support
