Über
On the bookkeeping side, you'll be responsible for helping us maintain clean, accurate records across several brands, including categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and keeping QuickBooks organized and up to date. You should be confident working inside QuickBooks and able to help us stay on top of basic financial hygiene and reporting.
In addition to bookkeeping, you'll also assist with customer communication. This includes responding to customer chats and emails through Zendesk, answering common questions, and helping resolve simple support requests in a clear, professional, and timely manner. You may also need to reference order data and customer details within Wix to help handle inquiries.
This is a consistent part-time role with steady work. We're looking for someone dependable, responsive, and organized who can manage their time well and communicate clearly with our team. Experience with QuickBooks, Zendesk, and Wix is strongly preferred, and prior experience supporting eCommerce or consumer brands is a plus.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
