Role Details

  • Work Location – Primary Toronto with flexibility to travel to Brampton office when needed
  • Shift/Hours or Hybrid Environment – Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 work from home
  • The full base salary range for this position is from $166,000 - $205,000 annually. The starting base salary offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.

About This Opportunity

As the Director of Engineering & Data Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of how we work, leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

Reporting directly to the VP of Technology, you will collaborate with senior functional leaders and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify meaningful opportunities for automation that enhance efficiency, empower teams, and support our broader transformation goals - shaping the future of automation at Coke Canada.

Responsibilities


•    Champion a forward-thinking enterprise strategy aligned with business priorities and supports inclusive digital transformation.
•    Partner with Leadership and the executive team to evolve the roadmap and integrate emerging technologies.
•    Build trusted relationships with senior functional leaders across Canada to uncover engineering/data opportunities and translate them into scalable, executable roadmaps.
•    Facilitate open dialogue and shared understanding to ensure alignment and adoption of solutions.
•    Guide the full lifecycle of initiatives, from ideation to delivery, ensuring transparency, accountability, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
•    Establish inclusive governance practices and clear success metrics to track progress and celebrate wins.
•    Lead and nurture a high-performing team of managers, developers and solution architects, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and belonging.
•    Inspire and engage teams by clearly communicating the vision and its benefits across the organization.
•    Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for software engineering, data platforms and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications


•    Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technology, automation, or digital transformation.
•    At least 5 years in a leadership role, with a track record of building and empowering high-performing teams.
•    Strong technical foundation in technologies, including RPA, Al/ML, and workflow orchestration.
•    Strong experience with SAP and ERP systems, including process design and optimization.
•    Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a CPG or similar environment.
•    Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
