About the Role:

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments. This role supports day-to-day accounts payable (AP) operations, ensures compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls, and serves as a primary point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries.

As the Newest Member of our Team, You'll:

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expense claims, and payments, in line with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls.

• Partner closely with procurement, vendors, and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and two‑way/three‑way matching exceptions.

• Execute weekly payment runs (cheque, EFT, and wire) and maintain accurate vendor and employee master data, including banking and tax information.

• Be a trusted point of contact for vendor and employee inquiries, managing the AP inbox and resolving issues with professionalism and care.

• Support month‑end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations, contributing to accurate financial reporting.

• Complete new vendor onboarding, including independent callback verification, ensuring strong governance and risk controls.

To Succeed, You Bring:

• 1-2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.

• College diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and SharePoint.

• Experience with ERP and AP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Concur is preferred.

The target hiring salary for this position is $61, $72, Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
