What You Will Do:
• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Master and complete inventory control functions including counting inventory, price changes, product locations and shelf labels.
• Maintain perpetual inventory, key performance indicator reports and complete regular stock checks.
• Maintain all signage on the floor.
• Complete large amounts of data entry, with seated work, and significant use of computerized workstation.
• Perform sales floor duties; stocking, rotation, and display of merchandise, operating of point-of-sale system, and assist guests with item selection, as required.
• Support the location File Maintenance Leader's duties including ordering an receiving, daily reconciliation reports, and input pricing for upcoming sales.
• Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a Career in Home and Building Solutions and Customer Service and:
• You have your high school diploma or equivalent experience; customer service and previous file maintenance experience would be considered assets.
• You possess knowledge in the use of point-of-sale systems including back-office procedures.
• You are well organized and can work independently, or as part of a team in a demanding environment with minimal supervision.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe and are able to adapt to new technology and systems; experience with Mi9 is an asset.
• You can manage computer files and records efficiently.
• You work well under pressure and are savvy with balancing and meeting multiple strict deadlines.
• You possess strong oral and written communication skills and communicate effectively using multiple communication channels.
• You are goals driven, attentive to detail, and hold precision and accuracy as core values.
• You are available to work a flexible schedule; some evenings and weekends are required.
