A Border Patrol Agent is a critical member of the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) team, responsible for safeguarding our nation's borders and protecting its people.

• Crossing locations are available throughout the southwest border regions including but not limited to: Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas.

The CBP strives to protect American citizens by preventing the illegal importation of contraband into or through this country while detecting and deterrence smuggling attempts at ports of entry as well as within between official inspection points.

This entails being vigilant about potential threats such as human trafficking; narcotics smuggling; arms smuggling along with other activities inimical towards national security protection.
