Über
- Development of strategic vision, product & technology roadmap for transformer product & services portfolio.
- Development and implementation of lifecycle strategy for the transformer products & services portfolio.
- Customer engagement, development of relationships (existing and new customers), collection of VOC and translation of the impact and opportunities to transformer product and services portfolio.
- Development and updating of market and competitive positioning including competitive landscape within relevant segments, leveraging insights to inform on product opportunities, portfolio gaps and product positioning.
- Development and updating of technical and commercial value proposition, including reviewing on cost of ownership, service quality and customer value perception.
- Lead new product introductions for transformer products & services.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical discipline)
- Proven track record with demonstrable results in defining & launching products within the power generation and distributed energy markets.
- A solid understanding of medium & high voltage Transformer technologies within the Power, Mining Oil & Gas or distributed energy segments.
- Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Experience in the development of a technical and commercial value proposition for products and services within power generation and distributed energy segment.
