Epsilon is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team in Irving, Texas. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for Epsilon's sales team across a range of advertising, marketing, and media solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on building a healthy pipeline, and is eager to develop their career in sales. What You'll Achieve Identify and create new qualified opportunities for the sales team. Conduct high-volume prospecting (cold calls, emails, social media) to generate leads. Work closely with the Manager of Sales Development to develop and refine the sales development playbook. Collaborate with sales teams to create 1:1 campaigns to drive demand. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Provide clear and concise communication to prospects and internal teams. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities. Who You Are What you'll bring with you:
You have a proven track record in sales development, with 2+ experience in generating leads and qualifying opportunities. You are passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You are diligent and approach managing all aspects of the lead funnel with precision. You are a self-starter who can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Ability to test assumptions, troubleshoot issues, and experiment with innovative approaches to improve productivity. Knowledge of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach.io), and other tools that drive SDR productivity and data visibility across customer segments. Experience in engaging with senior-level decision-makers, to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
