Job Description : Lead discovery and assessment phases to define commerce transformation roadmaps. Translate customer insights, market trends, and data into actionable strategies across B2B, B2C, D2C, and marketplace models. Partner with cross-functional teams-designers, technologists, analysts, and marketers-to craft seamless, personalized, and scalable commerce experiences. Guide clients through omnichannel strategy development, platform selection, and implementation planning. Enable clients to adopt AI-powered, experience-driven commerce models that are future-ready. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and service. Activate and align partner ecosystems (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify) to accelerate go-to-market execution. Contribute to building board ready proposal decks and driving commerce solution presentations. Develop a deep understanding of our digital customer experience and commerce transformation offerings, BlueVerse & CraftStudio offerings and articulate their value proposition to potential clients. Prepare for, participate in and lead customer-facing workshops and presentations. Develop and present proposals and POV documents Roles & Responsibilities
10+ years of experience in commerce strategy, digital consulting, or experience design. Strategic thinking with a passion for digital commerce and customer experience. Deep understanding of commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify Plus) and omnichannel models (BOPIS, ROPIS, B2B2C, etc.). Proven ability to lead client engagements from discovery through delivery. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with GenAI, personalization engines, and industrywide emerging AI trends. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines and geographies. Lead the solution for 3-5 client engagements focused on assessment, definition, design, build, run, or operationalization. Deliver commerce strategies that drive measurable improvements in conversion, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and revenue growth. Build long-term client relationships grounded in trust, innovation, and business impact. Contribute to LTIMindtree's reputation as a leader in digital commerce by co-authoring thought leadership, participating in industry forums, and mentoring junior strategists. Achieve a 50% utilization target annually. Publish one thought leadership piece internally or externally.
