As a Specialist in the Data team, you will turn information into actionable intelligence. Your role will focus on owning the design and deployment of scalable systems for training, monitoring, and exposing machine learning models in production. Your Daily Responsibilities:
Design the architectural framework to train, retrain, and expose machine learning models effectively. Develop and maintain scalable infrastructure for ML pipelines and APIs to support our operations. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless ML model deployment, updates, and continuous monitoring. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams for smooth ML model integration into production. Ensure security and privacy compliance, especially in the financial domain. Troubleshoot and optimize ML systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. Share your expertise, mentor, and support team members to follow best practices in MLOps and API development. Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in MLOps, DevOps, or similar roles. Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experienced with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes). Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Strong Python programming skills with a focus on clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL processes (both streaming and batch). Familiar with monitoring and alerting solutions for ML services (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Understanding of security and compliance standards in payment systems. Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of event streaming platforms like Kafka. Familiarity with financial services or payment systems. What EBANX Offers You:
