We are hiring a Technical Project Manager who understands both IT development and marketing execution and can lead structured project delivery across multiple initiatives.
**Role Overview**
This is not a coordination only role.
- We are looking for someone who:
- Understands how systems are built
- Has hands on technical exposure
- Can manage Backend, Frontend and DevOps task segregation
- Can review and test applications before client delivery
- Can define scope, allocate resources and manage KPIs
You will act as the bridge between clients, developers, designers and marketing teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time and at high quality.
**Core Responsibilities**
Project Planning and Execution
- Define project scope and milestones
- Allocate developers based on workload and skillset
- Manage timelines and ensure on time delivery
- Handle multiple IT and marketing projects simultaneously
- Implement risk management strategies
**Technical Oversight**
- Understand the full development lifecycle from development to production
- Ensure clear separation of Backend, Frontend and DevOps responsibilities
- Review features before client delivery
- Perform functional testing to validate output quality
- Identify bottlenecks and technical risks early
**Team and Resource Management**
- Lead cross functional and remote teams
- Track employee capacity and working hours
- Coordinate developers, designers, marketers and QA
- Ensure accountability and performance tracking
**Systems, Documentation and Automation**
- Maintain structured documentation and reporting
- Define and track KPIs
- Build and maintain SOPs
- Create workflow automations
- Structure and maintain Jira, Asana or Trello boards
**Required Qualifications**
Experience
Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing cross functional teams
- Experience handling both technical and marketing projects
- Technical Understanding – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of IT project workflows
- Practical system building experience
- Clear understanding of Backend vs Frontend vs DevOps
- Experience using PM tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello
- Understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
Technical knowledge will be evaluated during the interview process.
