What you'll do
Design Meta ad creatives for Feed + Stories/Reels (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
Create multiple variations per concept (hooks, headlines, layouts, offer-focused frames)
Build and maintain Canva templates for repeatable production
Collaborate on iterative improvements based on performance feedback (if provided)
Requirements
Proven experience designing Meta Ads creatives (direct response / conversion-focused)
Strong Canva skills (layout, typography, template building, exporting for Meta specs)
Understanding of Meta ad formats and what makes creatives perform (scroll-stopping, clarity, hierarchy)
Ability to work fast, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
English communication (written)
Nice to have
UGC-style layouts (native-feeling ads)
Light motion/animation in Canva
Basic copy sense for hooks and headline hierarchy
Deliverables
Canva files + export-ready assets (PNG/JPG/MP4 depending on format)
Variations in multiple sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
