We are an oil and gas equipment rental company based in Magnolia, TX (Houston area) that rents vacuum trailers, office trailers, cooling trailers, pipe racks, and other oilfield equipment. The site needs to look credible and professional for our industry.
CRITICAL ISSUES TO FIX:
1. Broken Icon/Image Styling (Highest Priority)
The homepage icons (thumbs up, person/monitor, gears, etc.) render at full-screen size on ALL devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. They have zero size constraints and each icon takes up the entire viewport. This makes the site look completely broken. These icons need to either be replaced with properly sized professional icons (e.g., Font Awesome) or removed entirely and replaced with real photos of our equipment and operations.
2. Duplicate Content on Equipment Page
Almost every product listing on the Equipment page appears twice. Pipe Racks, Cooling Trailers, Light Towers, Stab Mats, Pressure Washers, Mud Buckets, and Container Rooms all have duplicated content blocks. Each product should appear only once with a clean layout.
3. Placeholder Text Left on Live Site
Under the "Reach Out for Reliable Rental Solutions" section, the following instruction text was accidentally left on the live site: "If you need any additional information or assistance with integrating this tag line into your marketing materials or website, feel free to ask" This needs to be removed and replaced with a proper call-to-action.
4. Typos and Incorrect Content
∙ Evaporative Coolers section: "rig oor" should be "rig floor," "renery" should be "refinery," "certi ed" should be "certified"
∙ Stab Mats description references kitchens and food processing — this is generic filler that doesn't match our oilfield context. Needs rewriting.
∙ Company name inconsistency: header says "Reliance Rentals" but body text switches between "Reliance Rental Tools" and "Reliance Rental." Standardize to "Reliance Rentals" everywhere.
5. Missing Equipment Listings
Add these equipment categories with descriptions and placeholder images:
∙ Vacuum Trailers
∙ Office Trailers
∙ Casing Scrapers (mentioned on homepage but no dedicated listing)
6. Missing Contact Information & Location
∙ No phone number displayed anywhere on the site. Needs to be prominently visible in the header and/or footer on every page.
∙ No physical location or service area mentioned. Add Magnolia, TX (Houston area) and our service region.
7. SEO & Page Title Issues
∙ The About page title displays as "Do you provide maintenance and support for rented equipment?" — it's pulling from an FAQ instead of the actual page title.
∙ All page titles and meta descriptions need to be set properly.
8. Empty Blog Section
The homepage has a "Recent Blog / Latest News" section with no content. Either remove it entirely or populate it with placeholder posts.

TIMELINE: Looking for completion within 1-2 weeks. I will provide equipment photos, phone number, and address details upon hiring. WordPress admin access will be provided.
HOW TO APPLY: Please include a link to 2-3 similar WordPress redesign projects, your estimated timeline, and confirmation that you've reviewed reliance- and understand the scope.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
