We run a subscription-based social media growth Service with worldwide Clients.
Customers start with a 7-day trial and then convert into a monthly subscription.
We already have consistent traction and daily conversions. The account is currently founder-operated and we want to replace the founder with a professional performance operator who can fully take ownership of paid acquisition.
This is a long-term collaboration.

Main Business Goal
Short term:
• Reach 15+ trial conversions per day at €500 ad spend or more
Mid term:
• Scale to €1,000/day ad spend
Long term:
• Reach 450+ paying customers within a short time
Target CPA:
€20–€40 per trial

Important:
We are NOT looking for a basic ad manager.
We are looking for someone who can build and operate a full acquisition system.

Your Responsibilities
1) Meta Ads Performance Management
You will fully manage and optimize the account:
• Campaign structure (testing / scaling / stabilization)
• Budget allocation
• Scaling strategy
• Retargeting structure
• Frequency & fatigue management
• Creative rotation system
• Daily monitoring & decision making
• Performance stabilization
You must understand how to scale accounts without performance collapsing.

2) Creative Strategy (Critical Role)
This is a creative-driven account.
You will:
• Define weekly testing roadmap
• Develop new ad angles
• Write hooks and concepts
• Write UGC scripts
• Instruct our creators what to film
• Analyze winners and iterate
We already have creators and a video editor.
You provide direction and strategy.

3) Funnel & Conversion Optimization (CRO)
You are expected to think beyond ads:
• Analyze landing page
• Improve trial → paid conversion rate
• Improve onboarding flow
• Reduce churn
• Suggest UX changes
• Identify friction points
You don't need to code, but you must know exactly what needs to be changed.

4) Analytics & Tracking
You must be data-driven.
You will:
• Analyze CPA, CAC, LTV (not just CTR/CPC)
• Identify bottlenecks
• Improve attribution
• Provide weekly action reports
• Forecast scaling scenarios

5) Scaling & Strategy
We want a partner, not a button-clicker.
You should be able to:
• Stabilize daily conversions
• Lower CPA
• Scale spend without breaking performance
• Build a repeatable acquisition machine

Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
You must have previous experience scaling at least one of the following:
• SaaS product
• Subscription service
• Trial funnel
E-commerce only experience is NOT sufficient.

• Understand LTV-based scaling
• Can actively contribute strategy (not only execute)
