THE REALITY OF THIS ROLE
We are a high-performing organic brand growing 20%+ month over month across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
We are intentionally shifting from maximum volume to maximum signal.
This role exists to:
execute a high-impact posting cadence
maintain strong organic growth
protect brand voice and trust
operate efficiently within a lean team
TARGET POSTING CADENCE
150–180 pieces of content per month (5 unique pieces each week across multiples platforms)
3–5 posts per platform per week
Short-form video remains the primary growth driver
Daily Stories on Instagram & Facebook (lighter lift)
Reddit: selective, intent-driven participation (not volume-based)
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Organic growth remains strong and consistent
Reach per post improves or holds steady
Engagement quality increases (saves, shares, comments)
Content feels intentional, not filler
The brand shows up confidently - not frantically
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. High-Impact Content Execution (Primary Focus)
Execute a strategic posting cadence across:
TikTok
YouTube Shorts
Prioritize short-form video as the primary discovery lever
Ensure every post earns its place on the calendar
Fewer posts ≠ less thinking.
Each post should carry weight.
2. Smart Repurposing & Distribution
Repurpose winning short-form video across platforms
Make platform-specific adjustments (hooks, formatting, captions)
Allow average content to stay local; let winners travel further
3. Caption Writing with Signal Density
Write strong, intentional captions:
compelling hooks
emotional clarity
brand-aligned pacing
soft, confident CTAs
Maintain voice consistency across platforms
Avoid filler or "just-posting" energy
4. Stories & Brand Presence
Manage daily Stories on Instagram & Facebook
Focus on:
reposts
behind-the-scenes
reassurance
light engagement prompts
Keep Stories fast, human, and low-lift - not overproduced
5. Community & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
Engage in a warm, on-brand voice
Surface recurring questions, objections, or themes
Protect trust at scale
6. Reddit Presence (Selective & Intent-Driven)
Reddit is treated as a trust and research channel, not a promotional one.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying relevant subreddits (e.g., elopements, weddings, Colorado travel)
Monitoring recurring questions, pain points, and myths
Providing thoughtful, non-promotional responses when appropriate
Flagging high-signal threads that could:
inform social content
inform SEO/AEO
inform FAQs or landing pages
This is:
low volume
high intent
value-first
never spammy or sales-driven
Reddit participation is about earning trust, not driving immediate traffic.
7. Performance Awareness & Signal Detection
Track organic performance trends:
reach per post
saves
shares
profile visits
Identify:
what drives growth
what can be cut
what should be repeated
Share light monthly insights (not heavy reporting)
PLATFORM STRATEGY INPUT (ADVISORY)
We welcome thoughtful recommendations on:
emerging platforms
underutilized organic opportunities
where our existing content could travel further
This includes Reddit, LinkedIn, or other channels - but always:
strategic
grounded in audience behavior
scoped intentionally
Execution on new platforms beyond Reddit will only occur if explicitly approved and resourced separately.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
Not responsible for defining brand strategy or messaging
Not responsible for paid ads or funnels
Not responsible for filming content
Not responsible for maximizing post count
Not responsible for aggressive Reddit promotion
This role is about judgment, clarity, and trust-building.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
You have:
Experience managing multi-platform organic content
Strong instincts around short-form video
Excellent copywriting skills
Comfort operating within brand frameworks
An understanding that growth comes from signal, not noise
Bonus if you:
Have experience with Reddit or forum-based communities
Understand how trust-based platforms differ from social feeds
Have worked with service-based or wedding brands
TIME COMMITMENT
20 hours per week
→ 80–100 hours per month
This includes:
Core platform execution
Engagement
Light Reddit participation
Performance review & iteration

FINAL NOTE
This is a long-term, high-trust role designed for someone who:
understands organic growth deeply
respects creative energy
values quality over volume
knows when not to post
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
