I'm looking for an experienced web designer/developer to help build a clean, professional 3–4 page website using Wix (likely Wix AI as a starting framework).
This is for a construction / utility infrastructure company based in Texas. The primary goal of the website is credibility — not flashy marketing.
When potential clients look up this company before awarding contracts, the site should communicate:
Stability
Professionalism
Operational capability
Safety
Experience
This is not a startup brand. This is an established contractor and the tone must reflect that.
Scope of Work
Build a 3–4 page website using Wix (or Wix Studio)
Clean, modern but conservative design
Mobile responsive
Structured layout (not template-heavy)
Integrate provided copy (I will supply structured messaging)
Light image sourcing (construction/utility visuals if needed)
Basic SEO setup (titles, meta descriptions)
