Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on time (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
Maintain employee payroll records and HR documentation
Manage timesheets, attendance tracking, and leave records
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR matters
Prepare payroll reports and HR-related documentation
Coordinate with accounting and management teams as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Payroll Administration
Background in Human Resources (HR certification is a plus)
Knowledge of payroll software and HR systems
Understanding of labor laws and payroll compliance
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working remotely is preferred
Technical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience with payroll and accounting software

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
