Dear Applicant,
We run a fast-growing dropshipping business with multiple stores across different countries.
In approximately one month, we will be expanding our team and are already looking for long-term employees to join us. We are currently building a shortlist of strong candidates so we can onboard quickly when the position officially opens.

About the Role
This is a Customer Support position where you will follow a structured process to ensure customer satisfaction. Once you understand each step, the workflow becomes clear and efficient.
Although the official start date is in about 1 month, selected candidates may be invited for a short onboarding introduction beforehand.
Required Platform Knowledge
You must have experience with:
Re-Amaze / G Suite (Helpdesk CRM)
Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Slack (Team communication)
ChatGPT (for prompts & translations)
DeepL (for translations)
PayPal (handling disputes & cases)
Responsibilities
Handling customer complaints professionally
Reporting refunds and complaint cases
Responding to emails regarding refunds, tracking numbers, FAQs
Improving documentation and support processes
Responding to all inquiries in a timely, polite, and accurate manner
Working with Google Sheets for reporting
Generating weekly reports per store
Maintaining a high level of professionalism
We maintain a strict 24-hour response ETA, so all emails must be answered within this timeframe.

Fluent English (written & spoken)
Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience
Open to team calls
Organized, motivated, and eager to grow
Available to start in approximately 1 month
Available for 40 hours per week (full-time) after a two-week trial period
Ideally, you are not currently committed to another full-time position.
We are looking for someone consistent and detail-focused. We want to avoid:
Sending duplicate emails
Inaccurate or vague responses
Off-topic replies
Consistency and professionalism are extremely important to us.
