About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and deadline-driven Solar Data Entry Specialist to support our growing solar operations team. This part-time position will focus on managing documentation and submitting applications related to warranty claims, pre-liens, and tax consulting documentation. Previous experience in the solar industry is strongly preferred.
This role requires excellent time management skills, as you will be responsible for tracking multiple submissions and ensuring all filings are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain project data in internal systems and partner portals
-Prepare and submit warranty claims with manufacturers and track claim status
-Assist with preparing and filing pre-lien notices within required deadlines
-Organize and compile documentation for tax consulting and incentive applications (federal, state, and utility programs)
-Verify completeness and accuracy of project documentation
-Track submission timelines and proactively follow up to ensure timely processing
-Communicate with internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect information
-Maintain organized digital filing systems
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
-Meeting bi-weekly with manager for follow ups
Qualifications
Required:
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines without supervision
-Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
-Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
-Clear and effective communication skills
Preferred:
-Previous experience in the solar industry (installation, operations, permitting, project coordination, or admin support)

-Able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive documents
-Able to meet once every two weeks based on business operational hours
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
