Part-Time B2B Social & Content Marketing Lead – Animal Health / Biotech
We are a commercial-stage biotechnology company in animal health, building a category-defining functional ingredient platform for aquaculture and adjacent markets. We are looking for a part-time contractor to lead and execute our social and content marketing efforts, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
This is B2B, science-driven, credibility-focused marketing — not consumer lifestyle content.

What You'll Do
• Own our LinkedIn presence (company + executive voice)
• Develop and manage a consistent content calendar
• Translate technical/scientific material into clear, compelling posts
• Repurpose decks, webinars, trial data, and recordings into social content
• Edit short-form video clips using tools like Opus Clip (or equivalent)
• Create clean, professional visuals using Canva (or equivalent)
• Support light website and email marketing updates
• Help refine positioning as we scale commercially

What We're Looking For
Fluent English (understanding of scientific terminology and business language)
• B2B marketing experience (biotech, animal health, agtech, aquaculture, or adjacent preferred)
• Strong LinkedIn content execution experience
• Comfortable editing short-form video and creating graphics independently
• Able to translate technical information into accessible language
• Startup experience preferred
• Self-directed and comfortable working with leadership
