Über
The goal is to create two separate AI agents:
1. Personal life assistant (calendar, reminders, summaries, reporting)
2. Business operations assistant for an events & entertainment company (reporting, admin automation, performance monitoring)
This is not a chatbot project. This is a systems architecture + automation build.
Responsibilities:
• Design overall system architecture
• Implement Claude API integration
• Connect automation tools (Zapier / Make / n8n or similar)
• Build scheduled reporting workflows
• Separate personal and business data securely
• Provide documentation + handover training
Must Have:
• Proven experience with Claude API (Anthropic)
• Workflow automation experience
• API integrations
• Systems thinking
Nice to Have:
• Python scripting
• Dashboard / reporting setup
• Experience building AI agents
Deliverables:
1. Architecture plan
2. Working implementation
3. Documentation
4. Training session
Please include examples of similar automation systems you've built.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
