Shift Time: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Terms: Permanent Full-Time

Salary: $55, $65,000.00

Job Purpose:


The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily warehouse processes, to ensure efficiency, accuracy, safety, and achievement of SLAs. The role coordinates workflow across receiving, storage, fulfillment, and shipping, and plays a key role in supporting and coordinating inventory control activities, including cycle counts and reconciliations.

By monitoring performance metrics, reinforcing process compliance, and driving continuous improvement, this position ensures operational excellence and directly supports the delivery of world-class customer service through accurate and timely order fulfillment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by proactively contributing to initiatives that drive strategic goals and organizational success
  • Live our company core values and support a well-organized, respectful, and service-focused work environment
  • Organize paperwork for inbound receipts and outbound orders
  • Direct personnel to offload and load trucks
  • Check inbound and outbound freight/orders for accuracy
  • Direct personnel to pick/stage orders
  • Verify product discrepancies / product confirmations
  • Oversee cycle counts
  • Ensure all employees are working safely
  • Handle all cross-dock freight
  • Handle communication between warehouse and office
  • Supervise, open and close the warehouse
  • Ensure all employees are following proper procedures
  • Ensure workload follows FIFO standards 
  • Create tasks for Weekend shift
  • File daily paperwork
  • Ensure daily workload as per SLA is completed or report cause of delay
  • Ensure all equipment is checked and maintained properly
  • Assist with the day-to-day warehouse operations volumes
  • Secure or open facilities as assigned
  • Coach, mentor, lead and develop team members to support personal growth and development I.E; fully cross train team members
  • Be an advocate for company initiatives
  • Participate in the development and implementation of KPI goals, objectives, policies, and priorities of the department as per Management direction
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Enforce company policies & procedures
  • Participation in completing employee appraisals
  • Participate in onboarding new employees as needed

Professional & Educational Background:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role 
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Must be able to read, write and understand documents related to freight movement

Effort & Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse Environment
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk around dock/warehouse for long period of time and be able to bend, twist, climb and move about in small spaces, and be able to lift up to 50lbs and reach for objects.
  • May include occasional weekend work, shift work, working with challenging clients, and in a highly targeted fast paced environment.
