As a key HGV Mechanic , you will play a crucial role in maintaining a diverse fleet, ensuring safety and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, service, and repairs on franchised and non-franchised HGV s, including trailers, to the highest industry standards.

• Performing a wide range of defect repairs with precision.

• Conducting fault diagnosis and rectification using manufacturer's computer systems and specialist tooling.

• Accurately completing job cards and service sheets using online systems, ensuring compliance with warranty protocols.

• Your work will directly contribute to keeping essential vehicles on the road in and around Stoke-on-Trent .

To excel as an HGV Technician in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience within a similar Mechanic role.

• A prerequisite NVQ Level 3 or similar qualification is essential.

• An HGV licence is desired, but not essential.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
