Business Development Manager - Solihull
Our client is a dynamic and progressive legal firm specialising in residential property services. It is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Residential Conveyancing department.
The Role
- Generate new business and referral streams for residential conveyancing
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and key partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property sector
- Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimise referral performance
- Meet and exceed business development targets
- Represent the firm at networking and industry events
About You
- Proven background in business development or sales within the property sector
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and the property market
- Experience in the legal sector
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
