Business Development Manager - Solihull

Our client is a dynamic and progressive legal firm specialising in residential property services. It is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within its Residential Conveyancing department.

The Role

  • Generate new business and referral streams for residential conveyancing
  • Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and key partners
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property sector
  • Work closely with internal teams to monitor and optimise referral performance
  • Meet and exceed business development targets
  • Represent the firm at networking and industry events

About You

  • Proven background in business development or sales within the property sector
  • Strong understanding of residential conveyancing and the property market
  • Experience in the legal sector
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
